急性特重型颅脑损伤患者的临床观察与护理体会

【摘要】 目的探讨急性特重型颅脑损伤患者的临床观察与护理。方法同顾性分析1927例急性特重型颅脑损伤患者的病情及护理方法,总结临床观察和护理工作的经验和应注意的环节。结果恢复良好316例(16.40%),中残205例(10.64%),重残295例(15.31%),植物生存38例(1.97%),死亡1073例(55.68%)。结论积极正确的临床观察和全面细致的护理可减少并发症发生,降低死亡伤残率,改善预后及提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To access the clinical observation and nursing of patients suffered with acute severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:1927 cases with acute severe head injury were retrospectively analyzed,whose condition and nursing methods were reviewed.Some experiences of clinical observation and nursing service were summarized. Results:316 patients were good recovery(16.40%),205 were mild disability(10.64%),295 were severe disability(15.31%),38 were persistent vegetative state(1.97%),1073 were death(55.68%).Conclusion:Prompt and perfect clinical observation,overall and careful nursing can decrease happening of the complications,lower the rate of death and disability,improve the patients’ prognosis and quality of life.更多还原
