【摘要】 目的对医源性周围神经损伤进行分析,以引起手术医生高度重视。方法 62例医源性周围神经损伤中,神经离断伤48例,神经捆扎伤7例,神经牵拉伤7例。对所有患者发生医源性神经损伤的原因、部位及治疗方法进行介绍。结果 3例桡神经牵拉伤经针灸等治疗功能恢复,4例桡神经损伤采用腕伸指伸功能重建术,余55例医源性周围神经损伤经显微外科方法修复,优良率达90%。结论对医源性周围神经损伤应高度重视,正确使用止血带,熟悉解剖,杜绝粗暴手术,一旦发生应积极采取各种措施补救,尤应尽早采用显微外科技术修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the reason of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury in order to arouse high attention of surgical doctors.Methods:Reason,position and therapeutic methods of iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury in the 62 cases were introduced and analyzed.Among them,never of 48 cases were be cut,7 cases were be blocked and 7 cases were be dragged.Results:Three patients with iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury through traditional treatment obtained functional recover.Wrist and finger extension functional rehabilitation were used in 4 cases.Microsurgical techniques were used in 55 cases,and the rate of excellent and good was 90%.Conclusion:Surgical doctors must be familiar with dissection,using tourniquet correctly,avoiding rude operation.We would actively adopt various remedies if iatrogenic peripheral nerve injury had been occurred.更多还原
