【摘要】 目的建立复方抗结核合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中猫爪草、百部、茵陈和黄精药材进行了色谱鉴别;采用高效液相法测定绿原酸的含量。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,绿原酸的含量测定平均回收率为98.11%,RSD(n=6)为0.91%,在0.4-1.4μg范围内呈线性关系相关系数。结论研究的方法可有效地控制复方抗结核合剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality specification of Anti-tuberculosis mixture.Methods The TLC technology was used to identify Radix ranunculi ternati,Radix stemonae,Herba artemisiae scopariae and Rhizoma polygonati.The contet of Chlorogenic acid in Anti-tuberculosis mixture was determined by HPLC.Results TLC spots obtained were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference.The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.4-1.4μg for Chlorogenic acid.The average recovery(n=6)was 98.11% and RSD was 0.91%.Conclusion This standard is effective for the quality control of Anti-tuberculosis mixture.更多还原
