羊皮无铬鞣过程锆钛分布的研究

【摘要】 以绵羊浸酸原皮为原材料,研究不同鞣制时间鞣液和羊革中的锆钛含量变化。采用微波消解法处理皮样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定结果表明,锆钛在肉面层的含量最高,其次是粒面层,中间层含量最低。随着鞣制时间的增加,锆钛在三层中含量趋于均匀。提碱之前,无铬鞣剂以渗透为主,提碱后,锆钛络合物与皮革中的胶原结合,皮革中金属元素含量急剧升高。
【Abstract】 The contents of tanning metal elements Zirconium and Titanium in grain leather,mesosphere and flesh split of sheep skin from different tanning time were determined by ICP-AES using microwave digestion samples,The results shew that the content of Zr and Ti was more in the flesh split compared with the grain leather,and the content of mesosphere was the least.As increasing of tanning time,the content of Zr and Ti was more uniform in the three layers.Before raising base,soaking of chrome-free tanning agent was the main process,but after raising base,complex of zirconium and titanium become large and combine with collagen.
