城市生活垃圾分拣机构设计与运动学分析

【摘要】 粗大生活垃圾分拣环节是生活垃圾环保再生煤生产线中其它装备免遭粗大垃圾损坏的重要保障。但在目前的生活垃圾环保再生煤生产线中,粗大垃圾分拣工作却由人工完成,工作环境恶劣,且分拣不彻底。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种粗大垃圾分拣机构。为了正确地分析该机构的运动特性,本文基于闭环矢量法,首先建立了该垃圾分拣机构的位移方程,速度方程和加速度方程,再利用SolidWorks软件和ADAMS软件,建立了该机构的虚拟样机模型,最后利用ADAMS软件对该机构做了运动学仿真实验。实验结果表明:该机构可以成功完成粗大垃圾分拣工作,且运动平稳。

【Abstract】 The MSW(municipal solid waste)sorting is a significant link in the production line of transforming MSW into industrial coal.The MSW sorting is used to pick out large MSW for preventing the next machines from damaging.However,at present,the work of MSW sorting in the production line is done by hand.For the purpose of achieving automation of MSW sorting,a mechanism which can pick out large MSW is presented in this paper.Then,aimed at kinematics analysis of the MSW sorting mechanism,we established the position equations,velocity equations and acceleration equations of the MSW sorting mechanism based on the closed loop vector method.The virtual prototype of the MSW sorting mechanism is built by using SolidWorks and ADAMS.And a simulation experiment is made to verify the practicability of the mechanism.Finally,we concluded by the simulation results that the MSW sorting mechanism was reasonable and available.
