高粘度压电微喷系统的研究

【摘要】 面向航天器内运动部件润滑失效问题,研究设计了一种高粘度压电微喷实验系统。提出了环形收缩管式微喷头的加工方法,并构建了实验平台。对整个压电微喷装置进行了有限元仿真分析,对压电陶瓷环的厚度和驱动信号的上升、下降沿时间进行了仿真研究。以50%和95%高粘度的甘油水溶液为实验研究对象,对形成稳定喷射时所需的信号频率、电压、保持时间及液面高度进行了研究。研究结果表明,随着液面高度的增加最佳驱动频率减小,随着喷射溶液粘度的增大喷射所需电压增大,在保证最优保持时间的条件下,液面高度越小所需喷射电压越小,随着喷射溶液粘度的增大,能形成稳定喷射的频率带逐渐变窄。
【Abstract】 Considering lubrication failure of the moving parts in spacecraft,a kind of high viscosity piezoelectric actuated micro-jet has been developed.A kind of micron scale ejection hole has been fabricated by heating the glass tube and pulling it while hot.The prototype of the device has been built.The glycerol of 50% and 95%consistency with high viscosity has been used in the experiments.The frequency,voltage,holds time of the waveform and the liquid height in the tube has been studied.The results show that with the increase of liquid height,the optimal driving frequency decreases;with the viscosity of glycerin increases,the required voltage increases.With the optimal dwell time,the lower of the liquid height,the lower voltage is needed.With the liquid viscosity increases,frequency bandwidth which can form stable injection gets narrower.
