【摘要】 目的:观察过氧乙酸消毒液对饮用天然矿泉水标准中新增微生物指标的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌方法进行实验室观察。结果采用不同浓度的过氧乙酸消毒液对铜绿假单胞菌、粪链球菌、产气荚膜梭菌进行杀菌效果观察。结果表明,过氧乙酸消毒液的含量100mg/L对指示菌作用3min或者200mg/L作用1min,杀灭率均达100%。结论过氧乙酸消毒液在较低浓度和较短时间内能将铜绿假单胞菌、粪链球菌、产气荚膜梭菌有效杀灭。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid in response to new microbial characters in the standard of Drinking natural mineral water.Method:The germicidal efficacy was evaluated by suspension quantitative germicidal test method.Result:To observe the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Fecal streptococcus,Clostridium perfringens.The result shows that when the concentration of peracetic acid is 100mg/L and the action time is 3min or when the concentration is 200 mg/L and the action time is 3min,the the germicidal efficacy could be 100%.Conclusions:Peracetic acid could effectively kill Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Fecal streptococcus,Clostridium perfringens at low concentration and in short time.更多还原
