腐植酸选择性降解及分子量测定研究

【摘要】 天然腐植酸资源丰富,腐植酸的选择性氧化降解及合成研究涉及的机理复杂、应用领域宽。腐植酸用于医药,具有消炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用,同时对提高免疫能力、解毒及对内分泌都产生影响。通过超声活化、生物降解等方法对原料煤进行预处理,有效的提高了原料煤中腐植酸和黄腐酸的含量,其中生物降解褐煤、风化煤9~30d,棕腐酸、黑腐酸含量增加302.56%,黄腐酸含量增加393.99%;并通过对冰点下降常数的修正,建立了适合黄腐酸的分子量测定方法,修正后的冰点下降常数K=3.94kg·K·mol-1,结合毛细管电泳、液-质色谱联用证明了方法的可靠性。

【Abstract】 Humic acid is rich in natural resources.It is complex in mechanism and wide in application to do research on selectively oxidation and synthesis of humic acid.For application in the field of medicine,humic acid has effects on anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-virus,anti-tumor as well as immunity,detoxification and endocrine.Content of humic acid and fulvic acid in raw coal was effectively raised by such pre-processing as ultrasonic activation,chemical oxidation activation and biological degradation activation in my study.Content of lignite fulvic acid was increased by 393.%after treatment of bacterium for 9~30 days with degradation rate of ulmic acid and humic acid up to 302%.,and a new way of molecular weight determination for fulvic acid was established by modification of cryoscopic constant which was proved by the detection of capillary electrophoresis and LC-MS.The modified cryoscopic constant turned out to be 3.94 kg·K·mol-1.
