【Abstract】 People-oriented system should be used as the core values of environmental law. As an important part of the environmental law system, environmental standards is the foundation of environmental law, its flexibility, compatibility, technical played an important role in protecting public environmental rights and interests. However, our system of environmental standards protected the public interest in there still exist some shortcomings objectively and seriously restricted the effectiveness of environmental standards to play its expected role. therefore, People-oriented system should be used as the core to establish a good environmental standards.更多还原
