【Abstract】 To promote the collective forest tenure reform in Gansu Province, Gansu Province formulated "Gansu Province Forest land Protection Rule ."The largest window of the regulations is that Gansu Province made collective forest right relevant provisions in the form of law, On the basis of how to improve the ordinance concerning the collective forest right and the window, we puts forward some suggestions about promoting the collective forest land circulation and the collective forest tenure reform in Gansu.更多还原
