【摘要】 当前,社会安全风险日益凸显。笔者从探讨风险的来源入手,结合风险的含义,阐述了社会安全风险的内涵,即在于对社会成员安全和社会秩序平稳形成危害的不确定性。从作用对象看,社会安全风险具有社会个体、个体间关系和社会结合体等三个层次的客体。着眼于风险来源、个体因素、社会因素及风险演化等问题,作者阐释了社会安全风险分析的基本原理。本文还对如何应对社会安全危机提出了五条建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The connotation of the social security risk is about the uncertainty of harm and danger that may happen to the security of social members and the calm of social order. The social security risks may happen on three objects which are the social individualities, the relations of the individualities and the social combinations.The fundamental theory about social security risk involves the questions about the origins of risk,the individual factors,the social factors and the evolvements of risk.The author also puts forward fives suggestions about the crisis responses on social security risk更多还原
