【摘要】 我国公共安全形势严峻,突发事件频发,各类突发事件都会不同程度地冲击着校园安全,校园安全风险也越来越成为不可忽视的热点问题,学校应加强应对各类突发事件的能力建设。本文从自然灾害、事故灾难、突发公共卫生事件以及突发社会安全事件四个方面分析了目前大多数学校校园存在的安全风险,总结了诱发校园突发事件的主要原因,提出了基于物联网感、传、知、用的校园风险监测预警方法,从多源信息感知、信息汇总、综合研判和应急处置等方面为校园安全监控提供新的技术手段和研究方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the serious situation of public safety in China,emergency events occur frequently.However,these events influence campus safety in different degrees and the risks of campus have become a more and more important problem at the same time.So every school must strengthen their ability of replying all kinds of emergency events.This text analyzes safety risks existed in most of our campuses from four aspects which are nature disasters,accidents,health contingencies and public safety incidents.It also summarizes the reasons of how the emergency events happen and at last puts forward a method of risk monitoring and warning based on intellisense of the Internet of Things(IOT).The IOT technology means a new way for campus monitoring from perception of message, information collection,comprehensive analysis and emergency response.更多还原
