新型真空玻璃的设计与制备

【摘要】 真空玻璃是一种新型节能玻璃,在提倡控制建筑能耗、低碳环保、节能减排的城市建设中有广泛的应用.本研究为一种制备真空玻璃的新方法,与传统制备工艺不同,采用"夹丝"的方法用金属丝线取代传统的点状支撑物.在真空室中,利用自动控制设备在420℃完成排气、封边等操作,从而避免因抽气口的存在带来的漏气隐患。通过采用四边固定均布荷载矩形薄板的挠度计算方法和有限元分析等来确定金属丝线的数量和排布方式,确定采用直径为0.1mm不锈钢细丝,排列间隔为60mm.利用此方法制备的普通白玻真空玻璃传热系数(K值)达到2.58W/m~2K,接近市场上普通白玻真空玻璃的传热系数,达到很好的保温隔热的效果,符合低碳环保、节能减排的城市建设理念。
【Abstract】 Vacuum glazing is a new product of saving-energy glass,has an important role in urban construction which promote low carbon,environment protection,energy conservation,reducing building energy consumption.In this paper,as a new method of preparation of the vacuum glazing,use a"wired"approach instead of metal pillar approach.In a vacuum chamber,at 420℃,the use of automatic control equipment to complete exhausting,sealing and other operations to avoid exhaust gas leakage caused by the presence of exhaust port.Through the use of rectangular plate deflection with large ratio of length to width and fixed boundary calculation method and the finite element analysis to determine the number and arrangement of metal filament,identifying with a diameter of 0.1mm stainless steel filaments arranged in intervals of 60mm.The heat transfer coefficient(K value) of vacuum glazing is 2.58 W/m~2K,achieve a good thermal insulation effect,consistent with the idea of latest urban construction.
