糖处理对牡丹‘洛阳红’切花开放和衰老进程的影响

【摘要】 本文通过对牡丹‘洛阳红’切花采后瓶插的不同处理(空白对照、葡萄糖处理、蔗糖处理、乙烯处理、葡萄糖和乙烯复合处理、蔗糖和乙烯复合处理)中开花指数、花径变化、瓶插寿命、衰老特征、花色以及乙烯释放量的观测,研究了糖处理对牡丹切花‘洛阳红’开花衰老进程的影响,为进一步揭示牡丹切花‘洛阳红’的糖和乙烯信号互作机理和牡丹切花保鲜技术的开发奠定基础。试验结果表明:9%(w/v)葡萄糖处理促进花朵开放和花径的增大,落瓣是经葡萄糖处理的花朵主要衰老特征;然而,9%蔗糖处理抑制花朵开放和花径的增大,萎蔫和蓝变是经蔗糖处理的花朵的衰老特征。葡萄糖和蔗糖处理都能延长牡丹切花瓶插寿命,均能改善衰老对切花花色的影响。不同处理后内源乙烯释放量分析表明,葡萄糖和蔗糖都能促进内源乙烯的释放,葡萄糖的促进作用更大。

【Abstract】 Tree peony ’ Luoyang Hong’ cut flowers were chosen as the material with different treatments(Control、Glucose、Sucrose、Ethylene、Glucose + Ethylene、Sucrose + Ethylene) to investigate postharvest vasing behavior.The flower opening index,flower diameter,vase life,senescence characteristics,petal colour and ethylene production were recorded in order to figure out the effect of sugars on opening and senescence of tree peony cut flowers.The result lays the foundation for further researches in signaling interaction between sugar and ethylene in Paeonia svffruticosa cut flowers and the development of its fresh-keeping technology.Results showed that 9%glucose treatment accelerated the processes of flower opening and increased the flower diameter.However,9%sucrose treatment delayed the processes of flower opening and retarded the change of flower diameter. Abscission was the main senescence characteristic of the flowers with glucose treatment,while wilting and blueing were the senescence characteristics of the sucrose treated ones.Both glucose treatment and sucrose treatment can extend vase life and avoid the effect on petal colour caused by senescence.Ethylene production analysis after different treatment indicated that flowers fed with glucose or sucrose produced more ethylene than the control did,and the ones with glucose feeding did more than sucrose treated flowers.
