【摘要】 以聚四氟乙烯树脂膜容器为培养容器,岩棉为基质,进行黄菖蒲无糖培养。在普通培养条件及高CO₂浓度环境下探讨新型培养容器和基质及CO₂浓度对黄菖蒲的影响。与传统培养方式相比,用无糖培养方式培养的组培苗在容器内及移栽后在株高、叶数、叶长、根数和根长等生长指标上高于传统培养方式,且增加CO₂浓度能大大加快植株生长速度。实验结果表明,采用新型容器及基质,高CO₂浓度环境下培养的黄菖蒲生长最佳,地上及地下部分生长远优于其他方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis uses Iris pseudacorus as experimental model plants which cultured in PTFE culture vessel and rock wool system.In the general condition and high CO₂ concentration condition,study the influence of the new culture,rock wool and CO₂ concentration.Compare with the general culture conditions,the use of sugar-free cultivation of tissue culture methods were superior to the traditional training methods in plant height,leaf number,leaf length,root number and root length both in vitro and after transplant.Under the high concentration of carbon dioxide,the plants grow better than others.更多还原
