【摘要】 布朗忍冬是重要的新优藤本绿化植物,急需大量繁殖推广,本试验研究了不同季节和外源激素(IBA)处理对布朗忍冬扦插生根的影响。结果显示,夏秋两季均可进行扦插繁殖,但情况不同。不使用IBA处理时,秋季扦插的生根率明显高于夏季,但生根量和根长低于夏季扦插。夏季使用100mg/L的IBA处理,能够明显提高插条的生根率、生根量和根长。秋季扦插,IBA处理对插条的促进作用不明显。夏秋两季的结果都显示,IBA处理对提高插条的总生根量、节和节间处的生根量有一定的促进作用,但IBA浓度较高则会对插条产生抑制和毒害作用。因此,秋季对布朗忍冬进行扦插繁殖具有更大的经济意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 different seasons and IBA concentrations treatments on cuttage of Lonicera brownii,which have market potential and high application value.The results as follows:It is feasible for Lonicera brownii cuttage to carry on both in summer and autumn, but has certain difference.The autumn cuttage favors reduces the economic cost,when cuttage uses the low concentration (100mg/L) IBA processing may obtain better rooting result in summer.Rooting percent is not increased using IBA in autumn, but enhanced markedly using low concentration IBA(100mg/L) in summer.Using IBA can enhance root number on node and internode and reduce on cut evidently.更多还原
