聚乙烯醇在草莓苗组织培养中的作用

【摘要】 以‘丰香’草莓组培苗为试材,研究了不同浓度聚乙烯醇对草莓组培苗叶片愈伤组织诱导、继代增殖及生根培养的影响。结果表明,1g·L-1的聚乙烯醇可使草莓组培苗叶片愈伤组织发生期提前,提高愈伤组织发生率和发生量,改变愈伤组织的质量,同时能有效降低草莓组培苗在继代增殖中的玻璃化现象,促进植株分化、提高叶绿素和蛋白的含量。2g·L-1的聚乙烯醇可以提高组培苗在生根培养基中的生根条数、根长度、株高、叶绿素和蛋白含量等。

【Abstract】 The micropropagatied plants of‘Toyonoka’ strawberry were used to study the effects of PVA on callus inducing,differentiation and rooting in tissue culture. The results indicated that the concentration of PVA at 1g·L-1 could quick callus emergence,increase the rate of callus formation and improve the quality of callus, reduce the rate of vitrified plantlets of strawberry significantly during proliferating, improve differentiation,the contents of chlorophyll and protein.The concentration of PVA at 2g·L-1 could improve the root number of single plantlet,the length of roots,the high of plantlet,the contents of chlorophyll and protein.
