草莓花粉形态特征研究

【摘要】 运用扫描电子显微镜对4个草莓品种花粉进行观测研究,结果表明:(1)草莓花粉大小约为20.4~39.4μm×11.2~20.4μm,极面观为三裂片圆形,赤道面观为长圆形,属于中等大小花粉,在系统分类上属于N3P3C3类型;(2)花粉表面纹饰为条纹纹饰,条纹走向与极轴平行,综合孢粉学分类指标,以‘章姬’的性状最为原始,其次为‘丰香’、‘春香’,‘红颜’的花粉性状最为细致;(3)发现‘红颜’的花粉中存在大量的异形花粉,异形花粉表现为发育不全,干燥后中空;(4)‘春香’花粉的条脊有不规则龟裂。

【Abstract】 The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to scan the pollen of four strawberry varieties and the results showed that:(1) the sizes of strawberry pollen were about 20.4~39.4μm×11.2~20.4μm,and they were three-lobed in polar view,long round in equatorial view which belonged to medium-sized pollen and classified to N3P3C3 type;(2) the ornamentation of pollen surface was striped patterns,and stripes were parallel to the axis.According to the comprehensive classification palynology indicators,‘Akihime’ had the most original characters, followed by‘Toyonoka’,‘Harunoka’,‘Benihoppe’;(3) there were a lot of abnormal pollen in‘Benihoppe’ which were not fully grown and hollow after dried; (4)‘Harunoka’ pollen had irregular cracks.
