特种核环境中甲基乙烯基硅橡胶泡沫材料的辐射效应研究

【摘要】 以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶材料作为研究对象,开展了经60Coγ射线辐照后材料的高低剂量率辐射老化实验,采用万能材料试验机、蠕变松弛试验机和气相色谱仪(GC)等手段剖析了材料微观结构和宏观性能的相关性。结果表明,硅橡胶材料在低剂量率下经过长时间的累积辐照,材料的力学参数、化学结构和交联度等变化都不明显,但辐射分解气体产物的生成量发生了明显变化。在辐照气氛和吸收剂量相同的情形下,材料的辐解气体产物中CO2生成量与剂量率无关。可见,用高剂量率加速辐射老化实验来研究材料低剂量率长时间慢速辐射老化是可行的。

【Abstract】 The degradation effect of methyl ethyl silicone material irradiated by 60Coγray at high and low dose rate was studied.The relationship of compression property and stress relaxation ratio of unirradiated and irradiated samples with the dose was determined.And the gas products evolved from the irradiated samples were analyzed by GC.At the same time the crosslinking degree of irradiated samples was measured.The results indicate that there is little change in the mechanical property,chemical structure and crosslinking degree of the sample.The gas products from the sample irradiated at different dose rates alternate obviously,while the CO2 yields of the irradiated samples are independent of the dose rate when the radiation atmosphere and absorbed dose of samples are same.
