【摘要】 丁腈橡胶乳液(NBRL)与交联敏化剂n-BA(丙烯酸正丁酯)或多官能团单体TMPTMA(三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯)混合,经均匀搅拌,让其自然成膜;在常温下使用电子束对胶膜进行辐照,当剂量50 kGy至80 kGy时,在敏化剂存在的条件下,丁腈橡胶力学性能得到很大的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mix up Nitrile -Butadiene Rubber latex and n-BA(n-Butyl acrylate) or polyfunctional monomer(PFM) TMPTMA (Trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate) and make it well-distributed,after that let it become films naturally.Using sensitizer,while the scale of absorbing dose between 50 kGy and 80 kGy,the mechanic property of NBR films were promoted well.更多还原
