【摘要】 科学发展观是统领我国经济社会发展的根本指导方针,作为我国经济建设转型中的重中之重的工作,城乡一体化和"三农"发展必须坚持以科学发展观为统领,把科学发展观观念贯彻到城乡一体和"三农"发展的各个方面,各个环节和全过程。在实践中,必须科学认识和准确把握城乡一体的内涵,处理好城乡一体化与"三农"发展的关系。本文结合北京推进城乡一体化的作法,分析了推进城乡一体化一些共性的问题,以便提供可以借鉴的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific development view is the fundamental guiding principle to China’s economic and social development.As the construction of our country economy transformation in the most serious work,urban-rural integration and three agriculture must depend to the scientific development view as a guide,and make the scientific development view to each aspect of urban-rural integration and three agriculture.In practice,we must scientifically understand and accurate grasp of the connotation of urban and rural integration,process the relation of urban-rural integration and three agriculture development.The article combined the action of promoting the urban-rural integration,Beijing to promote the urban-rural integration approach,analysis of the urban rural integration of some common problems,so as to provide the experience to follow.更多还原
