刺槐优良无性系耐盐碱性研究
The Research on the Saline-alkali Tolerance of Superior Clones of Robinia pseudoacacia

【摘要】 以刺槐优良无性系(W013,W009,C003,W038,W041)、较差无性系W037和对照石林刺槐进行盆栽抗盐碱试验,设置中性盐B1:NaCl,Na2SO4(2:3),碱性盐B2:NaHCO3,Na2CO3(2:3)和混合盐碱B3:NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3,Na2CO3(2∶3∶2∶3)3组,每组设置3个浓度梯度,A1:3g/L,A2:5g/L,A3:7g/L,分别测定其形态及生理生化指标。结果表明:不同盐碱胁迫对无性系生理生化指标的影响不同,7g/L碱性盐及混合盐对无性系的伤害度最大;各无性系耐盐碱性排列为:C003>W038>W009>W041>W013>石林刺槐>W037,其中,C003、W038、W009耐盐碱性之间的差异极小。
【Abstract】 With the superior clones of Robinia pseudoacacia (W013,W009,C003,W038,W041),a poor performance clone W037 and Shilin as a contrast conducted the pot-planted saline-alkali tolerance experiment.There is 3 salt groups that is set: the neutral salt B1: NaCl,Na2SO4 (2:3),alkaline salt B2: NaHCO3,Na2CO3 (2:3) and mixed salt B3: NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3,Na2CO3 (2:3:2:3),each set contains 3 concent- ration gradient,A1: 3g/L,A2: 5g/L,A3: 7g/L,their form and physiological and biochemical Index are measured.The results shows that: different saline-alkali stresses has different effects on the physiological and biochemical indexes of the clones,the stress under 7g/L alkaline salt and mixed salt results into a damage on the physiological and biochemical index of each clone to the maximum degree;the order of saline-alkali tolerance of the clones is: C003>W038>W009>W041>W013>Shilin>W037.In addition,the differences of the saline-alkali tolerance between C003,W038,W009 is minimal.
