NaCl、Na2SO4胁迫对紫花地丁植株生理特性的影响

【摘要】 以紫花地丁幼苗为试验材料,用不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4处理,测定了被处理植株叶片中光合色素、蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及POD和SOD的活性。结果表明:盐胁迫下紫花地丁叶片中光合色素含量减少,蛋白质、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量增加;POD活性上升,SOD活性下降,丙二醛含量与对照差异不显著。紫花地丁植株能够正常生长的抗盐阈值为NaCl0.20%,Na2SO4为0.40%,其存活阈值为NaCl0.41%,Na2SO4为0.67%。紫花地丁的主要耐盐性指标为渗透调节物质和POD。

【Abstract】 In order to survey the effects of salt stress on seedling growth of Volia yedoensis Makino,the seedlings were treated with NaCl and Na2SO4,and the variation of photosynthetic pigment,protein,soluble sugar,praline,MDA contents,the endanger level,and the activity POD and SOD were determined.The results showed that,the photosynthetic pigment contents were reduced,but the contents of protein,soluble sugar and praline were increased .POD activity was increased,but SOD activity was decreased with the salt concentration increased.Besides,MDA contents changed not significantly.The salt- resistance threshold of Volia yedoensis Makino is 0.2% NaCl or 0.40% Na2SO4,and the survival threshold is 0.41% NaCl or 0.67% Na2SO4.The main salt-resistance indexes of Volia yedoensis Makino were osmotic adjusting substances and POD.
