18个木麻黄无性系对木毒蛾抗性的初步研究

【摘要】 在室内条件下,采用人工饲养木毒蛾幼虫的方法,研究了18个木麻黄无性系对木毒蛾的抗虫性。试验结果表明,不同木麻黄无性系对木毒蛾的抗性差异显著,其中湛江3、惠83、惠76属于抗虫无性系,木毒蛾幼虫对这3个无性系的主动取食总次数在7次以内,用这3个无性系群体饲养的木毒蛾幼虫累计排粪总量不到14g,化蛹率低于20%,平均蛹重不超过0.6g;东山2号、广东501、抗风、抗2属于感虫无性系,木毒蛾对其主动选择取食的总次数超过了20次,群体饲养累计排粪总量超过30g,化蛹率高于50%,平均蛹重都大于0.6g。

【Abstract】 The resistance of eighteen Casuarina equisetifolia clones to Lymantria xylina was studied by artificial rearing under conditions of indoor.The results showed that the resistance of Casuarina equisetifolia clones to Lymantria xylina is different significantly.Zhanjiang3,Hui83,Hui76 have strong resistance to Lymantria xylina,times that larvae feed on these three clones do not exceed 7,gross dejecta weight of larvae that were fed with groups is less than 14 gram,also ,with pupation rate is lower than 20% and average pupal weight is no more 0.6 gram.The resistance of Dongshan2,Guangdong501,Kangfeng,Kang2 is weak,times larvae feed on these clones surpasses 20,and gross defecation weight of larvae that were fed with groups is over 30 gram,with pupation rate is above 50% and average pupal weight is more than 0.6 gram.
