氧化钙对高水分苜蓿草捆消化特性的影响
Influence of CaO on Digestibility of High Moisture Alfalfa Bale

【摘要】 苜蓿草捆是目前应用最为广泛的苜蓿产品之一,但其在贮藏过程中极易发霉变质,严重制约着草产品加工业和畜牧业的健康发展。试验以"草原2号"苜蓿为原料,以氧化钙(CaO)为草捆防霉剂,研究探讨CaO添加量对贮藏后苜蓿草捆消化特性的影响,进而间接筛选CaO的适宜添加量,旨在为苜蓿草捆的安全贮藏提供切实可行的理论依据。试验结果表明:CaO可以有效抑制霉菌生长,提高消化率,防霉效果显著;贮藏360d后,添加3%CaO处理的苜蓿草捆产气量、VFA和24h干物质降解率均为最高,与对照相比,产气量提高了28.8%,VFA提高了8.98%,24hDM降解率提高了14.74%,培养液pH值也处于较为适宜的酸碱环境,说明3%为CaO的适宜添加量。
【Abstract】 Alfalfa bale is one of the most widely used products of alfalfa,but it is easy to go mouldy during storage,this change is severely bad for the development of grass products processing industry and animal husbandry.The raw materials of experiment are alfalfa named "grassland No.2",and CaO as bale mould inhibitor, studying the influence of CaO adding amount on digestibility of high moisture alfalfa bale,and then screening the most suitable adding amount of CaO,to provide theory basis for safety storage of alfalfa bale.The results of experiment show that:CaO can restrain the mould growing effectively and improve digestion rate,the effect is obvious;After 360d storage,the gas production,VFA and the DM digestive rate in vitro 24 hours of 3%CaO treatment are the highest,contrast with controlled trial,the gas production rate has improved 28.8%,VFA has improved 8.98%,the DM digestive rate in vitro 24 hours has improved 14.74%,pH of nutrient solution is also suitable.The results show that 3%is the most suitable adding amount of CaO.
