【Abstract】 Present,independent innovation has already become the main means of all the countries in the world and enterprises in economy, culture,science and technology to compete with main part challenging under the globalization background.And also the unique strategy basing self on sure ground under this process.Put independent innovation strategy into practice is to enhance the core strengthening country’s comprehensive national strength and improving enterprise.In order to improve the independent innovation ability,it need the cultural environment being innovative beneficial,the FOAK mechanism operates and the excellent FOAK talented person.The key factor of these prop up conditional formation and optimize lies in harmonious.Therefore,make harmonious theory connotation and characteristic clear can produce the beneficial enlightenment in the field of the route probing independent innovation.更多还原
