毛细管气相色谱法测定水中的呋喃丹方法研究

【摘要】 目的建立了水中呋喃丹的毛细管气相色谱检测方法。方法样品用二氯甲烷萃取,提取液水浴蒸干,用丙酮溶解定容至1.0mL后,GC-氮磷检测器(NPD)检测,外标法定量。结果方法的检出限为0.8μg/L,加标回收率为92.13%~103.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于4.8%。结论本法在0.2mg/L~10.0 mg/L范围内,有良好的线性,灵敏度高,操作简单,可用于水中呋喃丹的检测。
【Abstract】 Objestive:To establish a new method for determination of carbofuran by capillary column chromatography in water.Methods:The samples are bath evaporated after extracted with dichloromethane,then dissolved with acetone to constant volume 1.0mL,GC-nitrogen and phosphorus detector(NPD) testing,quantified by external standard method.Results:Recoveries were 92.13%~103.2%,the limits of detection were 0.8 μ g/L and RSD within 4.8%.Conclusion:The method has good linearity in the rang of 0.2mg/L~10.0 mg/ L,and is simple,effective,easy for determination of carbofuran in water.
