【摘要】 目的了解重庆市男男性接触者(MSM)的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染及宿主的免疫状态。方法 2008年4～6月对招募的MSM进行HIV感染检测,并对阳性感染者的免疫状态包括CD4+、CD8+T细胞的数量进行了分析。结果在招募的743名MSM中。HIV感染者中合并HCV、梅毒或生殖器疱疹的感染率分别为3.25%、26.02%和19.51%。结论重庆市MSM人群HIV感染者合并STD感染率高,应尽快采取针对性的行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TO elucidate HIV infection and immunity status among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Chongqing.Method HIV infection was tested among recruited MSM in Chongqing and their blood specimens were collected.inmmunity status including CD4+,CD8+ T cell counts was assayed in those with positive HIV antibodies.Result Of the 743 MSM individuals 110 were confirmed as HIV-1 positive,and the co-infection rates with HCV、syphilis and HSV-2 among them were 3.25%、26.02% and 19.51%.Conclusion The co-infection rate with STDs was high,Safe sex involved behavior intervention program should be effectively carried out strengthen health education programs to MSM in order control the rapid spread of HIV/STDs.更多还原
