【Abstract】 The application of microwave irradiation technology in ELISA is reviewed.The diagnosis and detection using the method of microwave irradiation ELISA have obvious contrast between negative reaction and positive reaction and clear background.The reaction speed of antigen and antibody and so on is greatly quickened,the reaction time is greatly shortened and working efficiency is greatly increased by the method of microwave irradiation ELISA.更多还原
