含碳碳酸锰矿粉与含碳氧化锰矿粉微波加热特性对比研究

【摘要】 通过对碳酸锰矿与氧化锰矿的矿物结构和成分进行对比研究,分析了其介电性能的差异,得出了含碳碳酸锰矿粉与含碳氧化锰矿粉微波加热特性的差异。研究结果表明,含碳碳酸锰矿粉与含碳氧化锰矿粉均对微波有很好的吸收性能,能被迅速加热升温,但含碳氧化锰矿粉的升温效果更好一些;在碳氧物质的量比为1.2时,微波加热至相同的温度1373K,含碳碳酸锰矿粉比含碳氧化锰矿粉加热时间多6min,平均升温速率约低17K/min。

【Abstract】 The comparative study of the structure and composition on the manganese carbonate ore and manganese oxide ore is made.And the differences of dielectrical property between manganese carbonate ore fines containing coal and manganese oxide ore fines containing coal are analyzed.The differences of microwave heating characteristics of the ores are gained.The results show that,manganese carbonate ore fines containing coal and manganese oxide ore fines containing coal all have good absorptivity to microwave,and all can be heated quickly,but the latter is better.At the molar ratios of C:O as 1.2,heat manganese carbonate ore fines containing coal and manganese oxide ore fines containing coal to the same temperature of 1373K,the heating time of the former is 6 minutes longer and the temperature -rising rate of it is about 17K/min lower.
