【摘要】 提高高等教育应用型人才培养质量,实践动手能力的培养是当前的主要瓶颈问题。高校专业实验室如何能够提供更多的实践机会给学生,又不大幅增加实验室人员的数量和劳动强度,保障仪器设备的完好率,这是实行实验室开放式管理的两难问题。提出了高校专业实验室开放式管理新的技术模式——即将制作使用专业实践示范性教学视频与实验室仪器设备共享平台及实验室实时视频监控系统结合使用,做为实验室开放式管理的技术手段,破解上述两难问题。这一方案已获部分实践。建议入选高等教育"质量工程"二期实施方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improvement of training quality of applied higher education personnel and the development of the training of students for practical capabilities are current main bottlenecks.Professional laboratory in a university must povide more practice to students,however,the number of laboratory personnel and labor intensity can not increase and perfectness ratio of instruments have to be ensured.These are dilemma of implementation of open laboratory management.A new technical model of open laboratory management in the universities is proposed.It is a combination of production and using video of professional practical demonstration,sharing platform for labboratory instruments and real-time video surveillance system for labboratory.The combination can solve the dilemma as techniques for open laboratory management.Parts of this proposal have been praticed.It is an adviced that the model should be selected in higher education"Quality Project"phaseⅡimplementation plan.更多还原
