【摘要】 目的建立前列安通胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量测量方法。方法用HPLC法测定,选用色谱柱X-Terra C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.5‰磷酸水溶液(27:73),检测波长:346nm流速为1.0ml/min。结果线性范围在17.88～178.8μg/ml,平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.96%。结论方法简便、快速、准确、回收率好,可用于该制剂的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBECTIVE To determine the content of breberine in Qianlieantong Capsule by HPLC METHOD The content determination was conducted with X-Terra C18(250×4.6mm,5μm) as chromatographic column under room temperature,the mobilephase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5‰H3PO4(27:73),the detection wavelength was 346nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml /min.RESULTS The linear response range were 17.88～178.8μg/ml,the recovery rate was 99.74%,RSD为0.96%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,fast and accurate,and in which high recovery was achieved,thus it can be used for the quality control of the preparation.更多还原
