琼胶寡糖诱导菜豆活性氧相关防御及机理初探

【摘要】 以琼胶寡糖作为激发子处理菜豆叶片,研究其对菜豆的抗性反应及其机理。结果表明,100μg/ml的琼胶寡糖促进菜豆叶片下表皮保卫细胞释放H2O2和气孔关闭,并能显著提高脂氧合酶(LOX)活性(p<0.05),在3h达最高。同时检测到具有抑菌作用的挥发性物质2,3-Butanedione、2-methyl-Butanoic acid、1-Octen-3-ol和Junipene含量增加。综上所述,100μg/ml的琼胶寡糖能使菜豆产生一定的抗性反应。

【Abstract】 Agaro-oligosaccharides as an elicitor to induce resistance reaction of kidney bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.) have been investigated in this paper.Results indicated that 100μg/ml oligosaccharides induced the generation of active oxygen species and stomatal closure in guard cells of kidney bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.).The activity of resistance enzyme lipoxygenase(LOX) was also increased significantly(p<0.05) after the treatment of oligosaccharides,and it reached to maximum at 3h.2,3-Butanedione、2-methyl-Butanoic acid、1-Octen-3-ol and Junipene,which are antibiotic compounds were found increased.Above data suggested that agaro-oligosaccharides could induce resistance of kidney bean.
