Pb2+胁迫下沙冬青幼苗内源激素变化研究

【摘要】 本文采用高压液相色谱法对迁地保护条件下两种沙冬青(Ammopiptanahus)发芽前后赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)三种内源激素进行分析,并对重金属Pb2+不同浓度胁迫下沙冬青内源激素的变化规律进行研究。发现发芽前后新疆沙冬青脱落酸(ABA)含量明显下降,降低率为98.90%;蒙古沙冬青赤霉素(GA3)含量变化不大,只降低了3.60%;Pb2+不同浓度胁迫下蒙古沙冬青中三种内源激素的总水平值均高于新疆沙冬青;随着Pb2+浓度升高两种沙冬青中GA3含量变化不大,IAA含量降低显著,ABA含量没有规律性的变化,沙冬青幼苗中Pb2+分布特征均为根>茎>叶;沙冬青根部和叶部细胞组织对pb2+伤害的耐受性表现出明显的不同。其结果为研究阔叶灌木植物抗逆机制和群落繁殖及分布特点提供可参考的科学基础资料。

【Abstract】 It is used the high-pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC)for analysis three kinds of endogene hormones of the phytohormones gibbereuic acid(GA3)、indoles-3-acid(IAA)and abscisic acid(ABA) around the germinations of the two species of Ammopiptanahus mongolicus under condition of the ex situ conservation,and research of the change regulation of different density of Pb2+.Around germinates,the contents of ABA in Xinjiang Ammopiptanthus nanus are significangly decreased,reducing the rate to 98.90%. The contents of GA in Mongolian’s are in little change,only reduced 3.600%.Three of the endogenous hormone in Mongolia’s are higher than in Xinjiang’s by the stress of Pb2.With the increaseed of concentration of Pb2+,the GA3 in two species changes slightly,the IAA decreased significantly,the ABA changes irregularly.The distributions of both Pb2+in two species are roots>stems>leaves.The tolerance against the injury of Pb2+in tissues of leave and roots is shown clearly defferent.The results are for the study of broad-leaved shrub plant of resilience mechanisms、reproduction anddestribution of communities to provide the scientific reference.
