【摘要】 改革开放以来草原经济得到了快速发展,但与此同时产生的生态问题也不容忽视。本文从系统的高度运用生态学、经济学、法学等知识,认真分析了我国草原面临的生态危机,提出了解决方法即构建草原生态补偿机制。并探析了它的补偿的定义、补偿的原则、补偿的核心问题和补偿的方式。其目的是达到保护草原生态资源和环境,实现草原经济的可持续发展。为我国全面建构统一的生态补偿法律提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The grassland economy has developed rapidly since reform and opening,but at the same time the ecological problems appeared must be taken seriously.This article systematically applies ecology,economics and law to conscientiously analyze the ecological crisis confronting the grassland in China and put forward relative method that constructing mechanism of grassland ecological compensation.It also thinks on the definition of compensation,the principle of compensation,the core issue of compensation and the way of compensation.The purpose is to protect grassland ecological resources and environment,to achieve the sustainable development of grassland economy,to provide a reference for the standard law of ecological compensation constructed comprehensively in China.更多还原
