柑桔园杂草根中有机氯农药残留分析方法研究

【摘要】 本文报道柑桔园杂草的根中有机氯农药的多残留快速检测方法。样品经石油醚、丙酮(1:1,V/V)提取,浓缩,柱层析净化,毛细管气相色谱法,ECD检测器检测。进行定性、定量分析六六六、艾试剂、狄试剂、三氯杀螨醇、氯丹、DDT等多种有机氯农药的残留量。本法的加标回收率(81.2~112.6%),检出限为0.01~0.05μg·L-1,线性相关系数R2≥0.99。
【Abstract】 In this paper,an analysis method was estabalished to quickly determine multiresidues of several organochloride pesticides in roots of citrus orchard weeds.The sample for analysis was extracted by acetone-petroleum ether(1:1,V/V).After then the extract was purified on columns,it was collected and evaporated to get dry.The residues were then determined by capillary gas chromatography with ECD.All tested organochloride pesticides in weeds roots,including HCH,aldrin,dieldrin,dicofol,chlordane,DDT,were well qualitative and quantitative determined.With the average recoveries of pesticides being 81.2-112.6%,the minimum detectable concentration would range from 0.01-0.05μg·L-1 and the correlation coefficient(R2) would not be less than 0.99.
