海水养殖贝类体中砷、汞的积累及其影响因素研究

【摘要】 根据2005年对厦门海域贝类养殖区海水、沉积物和养殖贝类体中砷、汞含量的同步调查资料,进行了4种养殖贝类僧帽牡蛎、菲律宾蛤仔、泥蚶和缢蛏的养殖环境及其生理生活特性对其体内砷、汞积累的影响研究。结果表明:养殖贝类体中砷、汞的积累是养殖贝类的生理生活特性,砷、汞的生物地球化学性质和养殖环境诸因素综合影响的结果。养殖环境因素的影响与不同种贝类的养殖方式密切相关。而养殖贝类体内砷、汞积累的种间差异,养殖环境因素仅起了外部条件的作用,而养殖贝类的生理生活特性则起了主要的作用。

【Abstract】 According to the concentration(2005) of arsenic and mercury in sea wate、sediments and four culture shellfishies(Saccostrea cucullat,Ruditapes philippinarum,Tegillarca granosa and Sinonovacula constricta) from shellfish culture areas of Xiamen Coast,this paper studied the bioaccumulation of arsenic and mercury in four culture shellfishies were affected by culture environment and physiological and habit characteristic.Since those shellfish tended to accumulate metals,influent factors,environmental or physiological and habit factor were assessed.The results showed:Accumulation of those two metals synthetically were affected by physiological and habit characteristic of shellfish,bio-geochemistry characteristic of As and Hg,and culture shellfish environmental factor.There was a correlation between the influence of culture environment and the shellfish culture modes. Differentia of bioaccumulation with As and Hg among those four shellfish,was primarily affected by physiological and habit factor,while the culture environment was only an external condition.
