蝇蛆处理不同来源猪粪的效果研究
The pilot Study on Effect of Swine Manure Treatment with Housefly Larvae

【摘要】 本试验研究了适宜饲养密度下蝇蛆对不同来源猪粪的能量、物质降解利用率,通过测定粪中总能、氮和磷下降的比率以及蝇蛆体内转化沉积的总能、氮和磷的量,以探求利用蝇蛆生态处理猪粪生产昆虫蛋白质饲料的效率和治理畜牧场猪粪污染的效果。结果表明:(1)相同的接种密度下,用蝇蛆处理仔猪粪的鲜蛆产量显著高于妊娠猪粪,同时生成黑色、疏松颗粒状的生物肥。(2)培养蝇蛆后的仔猪粪中总能下降了604.83cal/g,氮含量下降了60.27%,磷含量下降了0.365%;蝇蛆体内的总能为4965.42cal/g,体内沉积的氮、磷含量分别达8.88%和1.38%。
【Abstract】 Based on the suitable breeding density,the housefly larvae were used to assimilate the energy and substance in different swine manure in the laboratory-scale.The purpose of this experiment was to find the more effective way in producing insect protein with pig manure and reducing the pollution of swine manure by determining the rates of reduction and transfer in terms of gross energy,nitrogen and phosphorus.The results showed that:(1) In the same breeding density,by the housefly larvae ecological treatment,the quantity of larvae protein deriving from the piglets manure was significantly more than that from the sow manure.The residual manure became dark,soft bio-fertilizer.(2) The content of gross energy,nitrogen and phosphorus in the treated piglets manure was reduced by 604.83cal/g,60.27%and 0.365%,respectively.Meanwhile,the gross energy in larvae body was 4965.42cal/g,and 8.88%nitrogen and 1.38%phosphorus were taken into housefly larvae.
