某系统液压集成块流道液流特性分析

【摘要】 针对液压集成块内部复杂流道对液流特性的影响,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对系统实际工况下液压集成块内复杂流道进行建模和仿真。分析了影响液压集成块压力损失的主要因素及液压集成块内部流道结构与液流流动特性的关系。通过与实验数据的对比,验证了仿真模型的可行性,为系统性能提高和集成块的优化设计提供了依据。

【Abstract】 In view of the effects of the complex channels on flowing characteristics of fluid inside Hydraulic Manifold Block,the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method was applied to simulate real working conditions of the complex channels inside Hydraulic Manifold Block of a certain system.Analysis was made to figure out the factors related to the loss of pressure inside Hydraulic Manifold Block,as well as the relationship between internal structure of Hydraulic Manifold Block and the flowing characteristics of fluid.Statistics obtained from the experiment verified the feasibility of simulation modeling and can serve as reference for future improvement of system performance and optimization of Hydraulic Manifold Block designing.
