【摘要】 在分析了变量泵和直流电机数学模型的基础上,制定了配备有变转速泵源的液压舵机的控制方案,建立了泵源系统开环控制数学模型。设计了基于DSP和PWM的直流电动机控制系统硬件电路,给出了泵源控制系统的实验结果。研究表明:采用DSP控制技术可使泵源系统获得高精度、高可靠性的控制效果,并提高了系统的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the models of the variable pump and DC motor,the control scheme of the hydraulic steering actuator equipped with variable speed pump source is established.The mathematic model of the open loop control pump source system is built.The hardware control circles of the DC control system based on DSP and PWM is designed and the experimental result of the pump source control system is given.The research results show that the using DSP control technology can make system become more precise and reliable and advance the efficiency of the pump source system.更多还原
