《产科住院病历质控核对表》的设计与应用成效

【摘要】 目的探索提高产科病案质量方法。方法设计《住院病历质控核对表》,比较核对表使用前后病历质量情况。结果产科病案质量明显提高。结论《产科住院病历质控核对表》有助提高产科病案质量。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore ways of improving the quality of obstetrical medical records.Method Design the check list of quality control of medical records,compare the quality before and after the use of the check list Result The quality of obstetrical madical records obviously improve after the use of the form.Conclusion The check list of quality control of obstetrical medical record helps improve the quality of obstetrical medical records.
