活性内核PELE弹对多层靶毁伤效应实验研究

【摘要】 设计制备了由活性材料内核(AL/PTFE)、高强度外壳体组成的横向增强效应穿甲弹(PELE),并进行了该种弹丸侵彻多层钢靶的毁伤效应实验。采用30mm弹道炮发射PELE弹,并用高速摄影仪记录观测弹丸侵彻多层靶板的过程。实验结果表明,活性内核PELE弹的外壳体在穿过主装甲过程时由横向增强效应产生大量破片,而活性内核在侵彻过程中发生了剧烈燃爆,对后效靶产生一定的烧蚀和冲击作用。同垂直侵彻相比,斜侵彻情况下PELE弹形成的破片对后效靶板的穿孔数量有大幅下降。
【Abstract】 An enhanced lateral efficiency kinetic projectile(PELE) filling with active core(AL/PTFE) and high-intensity shell were designed and prepared,and the penetration tests of this kind of projectiles against multi-layer plates were performed.PELE projectiles were fired using 30mm ballistic gun,and the penetration process against target vertically and in 52°oblique angle were recorded by high-speed camera. The experiments demonstrate that Shell of the projectile generate a great lot of fragments because of enhanced lateral efficiency in process of penetration against main armor,and AL/PTFE burned and exploded,which caused effect of ablation and impact on witness target.Compared with vertical penetration, perforation fragments generated by PELE penetration in oblique angle decreased to a great extent.
