有限元分析在硫化机上固定板应力变形计算中的应用

【摘要】 对硫化机受力部件在硫化过程中的应力变形分析计算时,往往忽略了温度因素的影响。本文以有限元分析为工具,ANSYS软件为技术载体,分别对某硫化机上固定板进行了纯力学有限元应力计算和考虑温度载荷作用下的热应力计算,对比纯力学分析结果与热力耦合分析结果,证明了温度因素在上固定板设计中是不可忽视的,只是单纯地从其结构的力学方面设计考虑是不合理的,实际结构设计时应该考虑温度因素的影响。本文所得结果为上固定板的安全承载提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 When the stress components on curing machine are in the curing process of the stress and deformation analysis of the calculation,the temperature is often neglected.In this paper,finite element analysis as a tool and ANSYS software as technical support are used to pure mechanical analysis of a top fixed plate of curing mechanical and thermal stress calculation consideration of temperature load,compared pure mechanical analysis with thermal coupling analysis,and proved that the temperature factors in the design of the top fixed plate can not be ignored,it is unreasonable if simply considere of its structure mechanical in designing,the temperature factors should be considered when designing the actual structure.The results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the bearing on the safety of the fixed plate.
