炸药条加载圆柱壳的数值模拟(Ⅱ):解耦分析与试验验证

【摘要】 依据作者先前的二维流固耦合数值模拟结果,建立了经缓冲橡胶整形后的单炸药条载荷模型。将炸药条载荷叠加后施加在圆柱壳表面,进行了二维解耦分析,得到了与流固耦合模拟基本吻合的结果。在此基础上,对19条炸药条加载Φ265mm×380mm圆柱壳的情况进行了三维模拟,并采用相同状态的试验予以了验证,二者吻合较好。本文方法和结论为炸药条模拟X射线载荷加载试验的数值分析和等效性评估奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 According to our previous results of the 2-D fluid-structure interaction simulation,the model of load generated by a single explosive rod and shaped by the buffer was built.Then the loads by multiple explosive rods were superposed and applied to the surface of the cylindrical shell,and a 2-D uncoupled simulation was performed.The results basically agree with those of the fluid-structure interaction simulation.Based on that,a 3-D uncoupled simulation of loading the Φ265mm×380mm shell by 19 explosive rods was accomplished.And the corresponding test was performed.The numerical and tested results agree well.The method and conclusions of this paper provide a foundation for numerical analysis and fidelity evaluation of the rod-explosive simulation techinque.
