用于结构损伤识别的遗传-模糊系统的研究

【摘要】 在结构健康监测系统中,输入、输出参数的类属、性态往往具有复杂性、不精确性和不明晰性,而模糊理论正是得益于其具有处理不确定性信息的能力,在表征这些参数和表达输入、输出参数之间的关系具有独特的优势。本文将模糊理论引入结构健康监测领域,建立了基于脱层损伤特征参数的模糊推理损伤监测系统,采用特征展开法实现了模糊推理运算。为验证这一系统的正确性和稳定性,采用改变输入量个数并引入具有随机环境性噪声因素的仿真算例进行计算;另一方面,为了解决模糊推理系统对专家经验的依赖性,引入了遗传算法这一全局优化自适应概率搜索方法,对模糊系统的优化进行了探索性的研究,实现了对模糊系统中的隶属函数的参数的多参数优化,建立起基于模糊规则的遗传-模糊损伤监测系统,并采用仿真算例的计算验证了优化后的系统具有良好的性能改善。
【Abstract】 In Structural health monitoring system,the internal and external parameters often lack of accuracy and clarity in their generic,behavior,etc.With the ability of handling uncertainty,fuzzy theory has unique advantages in terms of charactering these parameters and expressing their relationship.In this paper,fuzzy theory is introduced into the field of structural health monitoring,and a damage monitoring system is built based on fuzzy logic by using the delamination damage parameter.Eigen function expansion method is used to comply fuzzy inference operations.For showing that this system can identify the location and extent of structural damages accurately and stably,in simulation examples,the number of input variable is changed and random environmental noise factors are introduced.On the other hand,genetic algorithm,which is a global optimization and adaptive probabilistic search method,is used to reduce the dependence of fuzzy inference system on expertise.In this study,the GA optimizes the fuzzy logic system exploratory,what means,only the parameters in the membership functions are optimized to take respective values.The Genetic-Fuzzy rule-based system used to monitor structural damage is built,and simulation examples show that this optimized system has better performance.
