基于扩展卡尔曼滤波的船舶电力推进系统直接转矩控制

【摘要】 针对船舶电力推进系统特性,提出采用扩展卡尔曼滤波观测器对内装式永磁同步电机直接转矩控制进行精确参数估计的方法。给出推力系数和扭矩系数的简便计算方法和基于负载角直接限制和间接限制相结合的直接转矩控制算法。选用中铁渤海1号船电力推进系统为仿真对象,仿真结果表明所构建的无速度传感器直接转矩控制系统具有良好的转速和转矩控制性能。
【Abstract】 A novel sensorless direct torque control scheme based on extended Kalman filter for electrical propulsion system was proposed.In order to calculate propeller’s characteristics,a simplified regression function calculating thrust coefficient and torque coefficient was given.In order to solve the instability problem by the basic direct torque control,a new direct torque control method based on load angle restriction was elected.The simulation results of Sino-rail Bohai No.1 show that proposed method can estimate the state variables accurately and improve the performance of the direct torque control of inner permanent magnet synchronous motor.
