噪声对纹理的力触觉表达真实感影响的实验研究

【摘要】 纹理的力触觉表达是虚拟环境仿真的重要研究内容之一,在医疗、商业、教育、娱乐、军事等方面都有相当大的应用前景。本文提出一种改进的图像的纹理力触觉模型,它是在原有的虚拟纹理力模型的基础上,加入白噪声信号,利用人的触觉感知随机共振现象,以提高对虚拟物体纹理的力触觉表达的真实感。基于6DOF的DELTA手控器,建立了纹理的力触觉表达,通过纹理感知与匹配试验,定量的研究了白噪声信号的参数变化(即标准差)对人的纹理感知匹配正确率的影响。实验结果表明,加入一定的噪声信号,有利于提高纹理力触觉表达的真实感,当白噪声信号的参数取值在0.5±0.1范围内变化时,对虚拟物体的辨别率最高。
【Abstract】 The haptic texture display is an important issue in virtual reality.It can be widely used in many fields such as medical treatment,business,education, entertainment,military and so on.In this paper,an improved haptic texture display method is proposed.Because of stochastic resonance exsiting in human cutaneous tactile sensation,the previous virtual texture force model based on image processing is improved by adding white noise signal.This method enhances the realistic presentation of the haptic texture.To simulate the texture force,the contact force is generated and applied to the operator through the 6 DOF DELTA hand controller in real time. Simulation experiments are carried out to analyze the relationship between the parameter of white noise signal(i.e.,standard error) and the correct rate of subjects’ match experiments.The results show that adding white noise signal enhances the realistic presentation of the haptic texture.When the range of the parameter of the white noise signal is 0.5±0.1,the matching correct rate of the virtual texture is highest.
