一种用于气液两相流测量的正弦电流激励源

【摘要】 气液两相流广泛存在于自然界和工业工程当中,对两相流参数(流型、含率等)的测量对工业过程的控制及优化有重要意义。多截面电导信息截面检测系统可以用于对气液两相流参数的测量。正弦恒流激励源是多截面电导信息截面检测系统的主要环节,对能否有效的得到两相流的电阻信息有重要作用。应用FPGA和DDS技术,实现了100kHz双极性正弦恒流源的产生。测试结果表明,利用FPGA和DDS芯片及放大器构成的VCCS正弦恒流源具有稳定性好,精度高,带负载能力大等特点,满足工业过程中对气液两相流参数测量的要求。

【Abstract】 Gas/liquid two-phase flows are very common in nature and the industry process.It is very significant for controlling and optimizing industry process to measure the parameters of gas/liquid two-phase flow such as flow pattern and void fraction and so on.Multi-plane electrical conductance sectionmeasurement system is used to measure the parameters of the gas/liquid two-phase flow.Sine wave current source,as a very important part of electrical conductance section measurement system,is determinative to get the information of the gas/liquid flow.FPGA and DDS technique are employed to design 100 kHz sine-wave current source.And the test results show that the sine-wave current module which consists of FPGA,DDS chip and VCCS has characteristics of higher accuracy and reliability and bigger load.And that proved it could fully meet the requirement of industry process for measuring the parameters of gas-liquid two phase flow.
