政府主导 社区参与 借助外力——盐城保护区管理策略初探

【摘要】 本文介绍保护区管理实践中,采用政府主导、部门介入、社区参与、协调配合的管理策略,启示我们在保护区管理中各级领导重视是对自然保护事业最大的支持,有关部门介入是对自然保护事业最好的帮助,社区参与是自然保护事业持久的动力,协调配合是自然保护事业最大的做功。
【Abstract】 This article summarizes the management of a representative example of Yancheng National Nature Reserve of Jiangsu province.From the practice of management in the existing example,the author imputed the successful management of the reserve benefited from the leading of government,the interposition of department,the participation of communities and the harmony and cooperation.The article reveals that,in the management of nature reserves,the attention of leaders from every lenel is the most considerable support, the interposition of involved departments is the most valuable help,the participation of communities is the enduring drive,and the harmony and cooperation is the biggest efficacy of the work.
