动物疫病信息系统的开发及禽流感数据分析

【摘要】 随着动物疫病在全球的不断爆发,科学工作者们急切盼望得到更多更全的疫病数据,普通大众也想了解更多的动物疫病知识,以计算机技术为核心构建动物疫病信息系统正是解决当前这种需要的可行途径。本文就动物疫病信息系统的开发进行了详细的论述。建立一个网络系统,首先进行数据收集,整理规范后,将数据录入到SQL Sever 2000支持的数据库中。根据数据内容,划分成动物疫病信息,动物疫病疫情信息,相关专家、论文及评论信息3大数据模块;接着,在数据库支持下,利用ASP.NET进行动态系统的开发,将系统分为疫情信息、研究进展、疫情分布图、论文查询、疫病知识、专家评论、禽流感专题等7个主要模块,各模块之间相互联系,形成强大的查询功能。最后在动物疫病信息系统提供的平台进行禽流感数据初步分析,认为禽流感的传播途径是候鸟迁徙的点式传播与交通网的面式传播相结合,并以此为例讨论了系统的应用、优点和不足之处,展望动物疫病信息系统的前景。

【Abstract】 As the animal epidemic diseases burst out frequently all over the world, researchers are eager to gain more data about all the diseases and people hope to learn more about them.The way to meet the social command is to found a net system about epidemic diseases by Internet technology.The System of Animal Epidemic Diseases contains a lot of information about animal epidemic diseases and epidemic situation,to offer the researchers web space on Internet and also to help the public to learn more knowledge of the animal epidemic diseases.The article mainly introduces how the system is constructed and how to use this system to analyze the data of avian flu.First,it briefly introduces the advantage and the principle of SQL Server 2000 and ASP.NET,and then describes detailedly about how to design the system.To found a net system,data is the first element,and all the data was stored by database in SQL Server 2000 to produce data modules including animal epidemic disease information data module,epidemic situation data module and experts’ thesis’ and Comments’ data module.The system is a dynamic system,built on Microsoft Visual Studio. NET 2003 by ASP.NET,and supported by database in SQL Server 2000.It is composed by 7 main modules such as epidemic situation,development of the relative research,the map of the epidemic situation thesis finding epidemic knowledge experts’ comments avian flu topic and so on.The article also tells how to analyze the data of avian flu on the flat offered by the System of Animal Epidemic Diseases and concludes that avian flu is transmitted by the migration of birds on spots and by the transportation net horizontally.At last,it discusses about the advantage /disadvantage and the future of the system.
